We are Junior Enterprises Austria (JEA), the umbrella organisation for all Junior Enterprises (JEs) in Austria.

Our aim is to spread the concept of Junior Enterprises (JEs) in Austria by increasing the JE-Network’s visibility and recognition in academic and corporate organisations.

Supported by well-known (inter-)national partners, we are also responsible for ensuring quality and excellence among our network and foster connections between our member organisations.

Junior Entrepreneurship is a worldwide student-driven movement where university students run and manage their own non-profit organisations, called Junior Enterprises (JEs). These organisations operate like real companies, offering services to real clients, enabling their members to gain unique hands-on experience in areas like consulting, marketing, finance, or project management.

By combining academic knowledge with real-world practice, Junior Entrepreneurs develop entrepreneurial mindsets, leadership skills, and professional expertise — all next to their studies.
